Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end solutions by leading a technical workstreams with cross-functional development team, and engage closely with business units to deliver software product.
- Lead the development and technical implementation of web solutions using Adobe Experience Manager and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to team members, ensuring best practices with scalability and maintainability are implemented.
- Conduct code reviews and performance optimisation to enhance the stability, performance and security of the system.
- Mentor and coach team members, to foster a learning culture with collaborative and growth mindset within the technical team.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in web development and relevant emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovation for the system.
Requirements:
- min. Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field.
- min. 5 years of working experience in web development, preferably having hands-on experience with AEM
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, temlates and workflows.
- Strong proficiency in full stack technologies which including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and related web technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience working using Agile methodology (Scrum), with UX-centrix teams, and usage of tools such as Jira.
