The role is with a retail clothing firm who prepares to launch in Singapore, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Store Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in retail operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Singaporean market dynamics.
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations(8000-12000 Sq Ft- STORE) , driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Train, coach, and mentor store staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the brand image.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, objectives, and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and profitability.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
