Looking for an admin personnel to help with (but not limited to):
- handling incoming and outgoing correspondence/enquiry, including emails
- coordinating and scheduling meetings, and appointments
- organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- keeping the reception area tidy and organized
- assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports and documents.
Need to have:
- good command of spoken and written English necessary for the position
- handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- be able to manage the pace of the job
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- proficiency in basic computer skills, including word processing and email
- ability to multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
- prior experience in an administrative role
Working Hours:
Monday - Off
Tuesday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Wednesday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Thursday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday - 8:30am to 3pm
Sunday - Off
