Job Description
- Identify and engage suppliers/vendors and negotiate advantageous agreements
- Oversee supplier relations, including managing issues with faulty products, inventory control, and securing urgent procurement arrangements
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline procurement processes, analyze market dynamics for potential savings, and enhance purchasing strategies
- Offer administrative assistance encompassing document organization, inventory supervision, communication management, and event coordination, along with flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as requested by management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Purchasing or Business Administration, or related fields required
- At least 3 years of working experience in procurement
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
