JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure the parts drawn are transferred and accounted for effectively and efficiently.
- To assist in the cannibalization request by the Technician/CE
- To assist in the quotation of Service, Supplies and Parts to customer, including invoicing
- To perform parts ordering and Material Requirement Planning to ensure efficient maintaining of stock level to support field operation
- To manage the Supply Ratio KPI.
- To monitor parts usage and regular reviews of parts inventory
- To monitor and manage obsoleted parts and replacement
- To manage mobile van parts delivery operation
- To perform toner issuing task including delivery schedule management
- To manage customer logged incident tickets and resolve within required timeframe
- To assist in raising urgent order to ASPC for urgent parts delivery
- To assist in the transferring and returning of parts to warehouse
- To arrange courier service for toners which are urgently required
- To control and process all cannibalization, to ensure re-ordering and re-installing of parts upon receipt.
- To monitor usage flow of part.
- To attend to email inquiries within 8 working hours
- To ensure parts demand meet supply condition
- Carry out duties in accordance with guidelines and policies set by the management
- Perform other duties including management of projects as and when assigned by the management
Requirement / Qualification
- Education : Minimum Diploma with credits in English and Mathematics
- Experience : 1-2 year working experience preferred
- Fresh grads with relevant experience would be considered as well
- Must be proficient in office applications and perform data analysis
