Job Description
As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Mobility Payment Services, you will drive strategic direction and oversee the development and execution of our mobility payment solutions.
Reporting directly to the Vice President and head of Mobility Payment Services, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient payment experiences. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of our Mobility Payment Services, delivering seamless experiences for customers.
Strategy and Leadership:
* Drive strategic roadmap for mobility payment services, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Product Development:
- Lead design and enhancement of mobility payment products, staying updated on industry trends
Project Management:
- Develop tailored payment products, manage projects, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Manage budget, establish KPIs, and address risks proactively.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risks associated with payment services.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
* Minimum eight years of experience in payment services, fintech, or related sectors, with at least three years in leadership.
* Strong grasp of payment processing technologies like NFC, QR code, EMV, and blockchain, with knowledge of regulatory frameworks like PCI DSS and PSD2.
* Demonstrated success in leading complex projects, ideally within transportation or mobility.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, influencing effectively across all organizational levels.
* Strategic thinker focused on results and passionate about driving innovation and customer-centric solutions.
