Job Duties
- Able to troubleshoot all products failure return in RMA.
- Debug and repair all customer product RMA rejects to component level.
- Able to work well in a cross functional team.
- Perform product testing and verification after repair.
- Provide real time feedback on the process related defects.
- Compile and provide monthly report on repair status.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with 3 years’ relevant experience for Engineering Assistant level.
- Familiar with test system, debug and repair in PCBA environment.
- Soldering and desoldering skill of components up to BGA levels is necessary.
- Ability to read schematic diagram.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to produce consistent repair PCBA output per month.
- Good Knowledge in Analog and Digital Circuits.
- Effective communicator and team player who can work well in cross functional teams.
