· Handle all work pass related matter including application, renewal, issuance and cancellation.
· Generation of all HR related documents and letters.
· Maintain and update employee’s personal records.
· Assist to book training courses for workers
· Get involved in company welfare activity
· Any other HR-related duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
· Min Diploma with at least 1-2 years working experience
· Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently
· Start work: July to Nov 2024, cover maternity
