Mosaic is expanding and looking for a dynamic Education Consultant who is familiar and/or passionate about education for individuals across all ages, and possess strong business acumen and a passion for sales. This role is integral to driving Mosaic’s market expansion towards global edutourism and elevating the company’s brand image. The ideal candidate must be proactive, forward-thinking and have good entrepreneurial dispositions to drive sales and marketing efforts.
Reporting directly to the director of Mosaic Global, the key responsibilities include:
1. Support business development and global sales initiatives.
2. Assist in identifying and capturing new marketing opportunities and strategic partnerships in global market.
3. Conduct thorough marketing analysis, tracking trends and sales data to shape informed marketing and sales strategies.
4. Assist in the implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that resonate with Mosaic’s core brand ethos and aesthetic.
5. Work collaboratively with the design, production and team to ensure a consistent and unified brand narrative.
6. Manage and enhance Mosaic’s online presence.
7. Coordinate marketing campaigns that feature the programmes and services under the Mosaic brand.
8. Liaise and coordinate global projects.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 years proven experience in marketing, sales or business development, preferably within the education sector.
2. Proficient understanding of digital marketing strategies.
3. Good storytelling, communication and presentation skills.
4. Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
5. Experience is Edutourism is preferred (but not required).
