HR Assistant (Employee Relationship & Engagement)
Contract: 1 year
Location: One North
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement HR communication strategies and employee engagement activities across the organization
- Develop engaging HR contents including but not limited to newsletters, information boards, digital screens etc
- Liaise with various department across the organization
- Organise and coordinate company events and activities
Requirements
- Min. Degree in HR or equivalent
- Min. 1 year experience in HR, preferably in a similar capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
