Responsibilities
- Performing specialist meat cutting functions including trimming, slicing and cutting of raw and cooked meat according to customer requirements and performing all meat associated responsibilities
- Precision and specialist to weighing meat items in accordance with specific procedures outlined by standard practices
- Assist in all meat preparation as instructed and ensure minimal wastage
- To maintain overall processing room hygiene, equipment and tools cleanliness
- Work closely with service team to provide great customer service to guests
- Ensure safe handling of goods and observe safe work procedures
- Ensure machine is taken care of in terms of cleanliness, maintainance and condition
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Minimum relevant cutting meat experience
- Singaporean, SP holder is welcome to apply
- Physically fit/ Manual handling of heavy items
- Able to learn and handle cutting machine
- Able to commence work immediate/short notice preferred
6 days work
8:00am to 4:30pm (Mondays to Saturdays)
