Job Responsibilities:
Perform retail sales duties in promoting hardware and electrical appliances in our hardware shop.
Demonstrate excellent salesmanship, maintain a positive attitude, foster a positive mindset, and collaborate effectively within the team.
Be proficient in IT and prioritize customer satisfaction, actively engaging with customers to address their needs.
Maintain cleanliness in the designated area and uphold high standards of housekeeping throughout the store.
Fulfill any additional tasks delegated by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Deliver friendly and approachable customer service.
Possess basic computer skills to input customer data into our system.
Willingness to work a 6-day week, adhering to retail hours from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, with a fixed weekday off.
Candidates with prior retail experience, especially in hardware, are preferred.
Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
Applicants without prior experience but with a keen interest in customer service and IT proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Minimum educational requirement: Primary/Secondary education or O Level/Diploma in Retail Sales or equivalent.
