About the Role
We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Digital Marketing Manager, who will lead and collaborate with a team of marketers and specialists, to spearhead the digital marketing endeavours within our training centre. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent enthusiasm for all aspects of digital marketing and a sharp grasp of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the field, demonstrating proficiency in SEO, performance marketing (particularly on Google and Facebook platforms), and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO
- Collaborate closely with our SEO specialist to devise and execute SEO strategies aimed at enhancing organic search visibility. This includes tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and backlink analysis.
- Monitor website performance through tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, working hand in hand with our SEO specialists to implement improvements and boost SEO effectiveness.
Google Ads
- Work in tandem with our performance marketer to strategise, implement, and refine Google Ads campaigns geared towards driving website traffic and generating leads.
- Oversee all facets of campaign management including keyword research, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
Facebook Ads
- Partner with our performance marketer to craft and launch Facebook Ads campaigns aimed at bolstering brand awareness and lead generation.
- Direct audience targeting, ad creative optimization, and campaign budget management to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Social Media Marketing
- Collaborate closely with our social media content creator to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Work alongside the social media content creator to establish social media content calendars, schedule posts, and engage with followers to augment brand awareness and foster engagement.
Sales Support
- Work in collaboration with our sales team to create compelling marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, etc.
- Develop promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers during roadshows and events.
Additional Marketing Responsibilities
- Take the lead on branding initiatives and lead generation efforts by executing a diverse range of marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the team to implement strategic marketing projects aimed at enhancing brand identity and driving lead generation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Manager, demonstrating expertise in SEO, performance marketing (Google and Facebook), and social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey complex ideas clearly.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
