Business Process Re-Engineering Consultant (BPR)
As a BPR, you are responsible for:
- Determining and document current business processes, to identify and understand the users’ needs.
- Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation’s problems.
- Analyse, plan and implement operational process improvements, to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality.
- Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Translate the organisation’s business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.
- Work closely with the organisation’s key stakeholders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisation’s objectives.
The candidate should have the following skillsets:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
- Min. 5 years of experience with business processing models, Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management.
- Min. 5 years of experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques, and the technology industry.
- Experience in applying AGILE techniques to prioritize and define requirements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is an additional advantage.
