Job Description
☑ Handling office tasks.
☑ Carry out all administrative procedures following the arrangement of funeral cremation, doing up funeral notices, online tribute sites, music requests and etc.
☑ Assist in preparation of correspondences and documents.
☑ Assist in arranging funeral hearse & bus transportation for family.
☑ Perform administration duties inclusive of management of stationery, purchase and maintenance of office equipment/pantry.
☑ Be responsible for company uniforms stock taking.
☑ Be responsible for the tidiness and cleanliness of the office.
☑ Able to communicate with team members and vendors.
☑ Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. uniforms, office keys and etc)
☑ Prepare funeral cremation passes.
☑ Ad hoc duties
Requirements:
☑ Minimum GCE 'O' Level
☑ Good attitute, Meticulous & able to work independently
☑ Proficient in MS Word & Excel
☑ Entry level are welcome
