Qualifications
● GCE ‘N/O/A’ Level, ITE and/or Diploma in any disciplines
Experience
● Office Administrative: ≤ 2 years
Responsibilities
● Administrative support to Office & Sales Division
● Proper maintain and control of documentations
● Filter and screening of phone calls
● Handle courier and postage matters
● Purchase of Office equipments, stationeries and pantry stuffs
● Travel arrangement (Hotel & Ticketing) and VISA application
● Update of Clientele database
● Support in HR administrative matters
Requirements
● Familiar with Office administrative operation
● Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply
● Preferably Communication Skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with China Factory associates
