Our client is a reputable UK MNC dealing with R&D and manufacturing of confectioneries, they urgently requires a 6-month contractor:
LAB TECHNICIAN - ANALYTICAL SCIENCE
Accountabilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
· Perform routine analysis using wet chemistry techniques
· Perform GC & HPLC
· Ensure effective organisation, integrity of analytical data and provision of results.
· Perform data entry and provide interpretation of results for routine testing.
· Perform laboratory housekeeping duties
Application requirements
- Chemistry (or related) degree or equivalent laboratory experience
- With relevant experience (senior analyst, can consider fresh graduate or with less than a year to 2 years) using wet chemistry techniques in any setting (i.e. in academia or as a technician)
- On-job-training provided for Fresh Graduates
- Communication skills to develop good working relationships with internal and external clients
- Strong language skills / fluency
- Singapore citizen or Sinagpore PR holders only
