Job Title: Senior/Supply Planning Coordinator
Location: Jurong Island
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to $6,500 per month (annual package up to $78,000)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior/Supply Planning Coordinator with expertise in SAP MM-Planning Module, Raw Material Supply Planning, and Production Planning to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient supply planning and inventory management to support operational activities in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop demand plans based on inputs from various departments to drive operational activities aligned with business objectives.
- Create requirement plans for tollers to ensure alignment with Afton's planned requirements.
- Manage import and export of components or products to support demand plan activities in different regions.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for key materials and locations to ensure adequate supply without increasing working capital costs excessively.
- Monitor short-term and medium-term capacity availability and constraints to address related inquiries from supply, business, and logistics teams.
- Respond promptly to changes in plans by updating demand plans, material movement requirements, and communicating impacts to relevant teams.
- Participate in regional Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing reports on plans, inventory outlook, and actions related to product transitions and introductions.
- Collaborate with planners across regions to coordinate material requirements and shared global resources, developing best practices.
- Support other supply operations within the region to align planning activities with logistics and procurement objectives.
- Assist with inventory and ad-hoc reporting for demand and supply planning.
- Uphold company quality and safety standards through day-to-day activities and formal feedback mechanisms.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP MM-Planning Module and related supply planning tools.
- Experience in raw material supply planning and production planning.
