This is a role will require a builder mentality, flexibility, business acumen, communication skills and interpersonal skills. This role requires Change Management apptitude, creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior leaders on status, risks and process/communication changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, presentation skills, and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to execute on a structured change management approach.
- Support New Business development efforts and drive key strategic projects from prospecting to exploration to discovery
- Oversee and or/ support pilot phases of new business development projects across our regional markets
- Support the change management effort including building change capacity for the organization and providing strategies for projects.
- Build relationships with leaders from multiple business units to strengthen employee engagement and participation in changes.
- Build relationships with project owners in order to integrate efforts and build rapport.
- Support the creation, development, delivery and execution of communication and training plans.
- Experience identifying and resolving complex issues - solid sense of accountability, high-quality judgment and sound decision-making.
- Must have ability to gain “buy-in” and advocacy from leadership to support changes and ability to influence without authority.
- To work on aligning the regional strategies across the different markets and functions and drive excellence in the implementation of key plans; to improve our ways-of-working across the region to ensure sustainable growth.
- Improve the quality of discussions and decision-making through fact-based analysis driven through "What data is required" and "How data is presented"
- Act as the bridge between the markets / functions / departments and maintain strong communications across all aspects of the change management. Help colleagues to understand the directions more fully and clarify the reasons behind any company restructure or change.
- Where applicable, bring disciplines of Six Sigma/ Lean Value Stream to apply meaningfully and appropriately across the teams.
- Be an Agent of Change and instill discipline (and change management principles) in driving excellence-centric culture; partner with Country Heads / Functional Heads / HR in transcending the Values throughout the region.
- Create a system to evaluate the success of any adjustments made within the organisation and present any findings.
- Manage possible post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, lessons learned) and look for opportunities to improve change programmes quality and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline and preferably 1 year of experience in a related field
- 1+ years of experience leading and delivering cross functional projects
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills for removing barriers
- Prior Program Manager or Change Management experience is preferred
- Change Management certification/training highly preferred
- Proven record of exceptional judgement, attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communications skills
- Experience building mechanisms from the ground up, including design of roadmaps to drive incremental progress towards long-term vision and goals
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive them to completion using project/program management tools
- Sound working knowledge of general business processes and organisational framework, such as goals, strategy, culture and structure
- Prior process-mapping experience and skills that can be deployed for successful process re-design
