Job Responsibilites:
· Troubleshoot equipment related problems to minimize equipment downtime.
· Benchmark equipment for technology advancement.
· Manage equipment suppliers to ensure that the delivery meet specification, cost and time.
· Install and setup new equipment as well as equipment connectivity.
· Buy-off production equipment and maintain its performance to meet specification.
· Conduct training for new equipment implementation.
· Responsible for ensuring equipment UPH, uptime and set-up time targets are met.
· Maintain good housekeeping in production area and ensuring good safety practice.
· Provide and maintain preventive maintenance specifications to meet ISO requirements.
