Finance Executive
We are an established mobile game-making and publishing company and we are keen to hire a Finance Executive as replacement.
Job Responsibilities:
- 75% Finance & Accounts and 20-25% IT & Office Admin/Management duties (Work closely together with HR colleague)
• Monthly management account - Handle balance sheet/P&L, data entry, cost breakdown, month-end journals, bank reconciliations, schedules preparations and invoicing for 2 small entities.
• Monthly submission of financial reports and make any adjustments as requested.
• Submission of monthly claims/invoices/bills (low transcation counts)
• Business contract submission and liaising with various Legal, Finance, Admin colleagues in overseas.
• Liaising with external auditors/corporate secretary and review Financial Statements, Tax Computations, ECI submission, Annual filings, suggested adjustments and deadlines for submission.
Job Requirements:
• Possess Diploma and/or Degree in relevant course such as in Accounting, Accountancy etc;
• 5 or more years of Finance/Accountancy experience;
• Able to help out company's office management and duties together with HR colleague;
• Possess teamwork and ideally able to speak AND write Chinese (hanyu pinyin) so as to liaise with colleagues in China;
• Patient, meticulous and have a keen eye for details to check and prepare documents/paperwork using accounting system and Excel (must have basic Excel knowledge);
• Work Location: near Labrador Park MRT (mTower);
• Mon to Fri, 10am to 7pm
