Responsibilities
● Align and execute the company's comprehensive corporate strategy with organizational goals and objectives.
● Lead the identification of growth opportunities, such as partnerships, alliances, and other strategic initiatives within the fintech industry.
● Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and threats to the company's growth within the ecosystem.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to assess the financial viability and strategic fit of potential initiatives.
● Oversee the development and execution of strategies for effective communication with stakeholders.
● Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders within the fintech space.
● Provide regular updates and reports to the executive leadership team and board of directors on strategy and corporate development initiatives.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
● Experience in a senior management position.
● Extensive experience in managing overseas teams.
● Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Head of Corporate Development, Strategy Consultant, or in a similar capacity.
● Specialized in business marketing with a robust emphasis on execution and a proactive approach to tasks.
● Strong background in corporate strategy development and execution.
● Demonstrated success in leading and executing strategic initiatives, including investor relations, within the fintech industry.
● Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
● Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
● Familiarity with the fintech industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
● Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
● Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
● Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required.
