Role Description (attractive commission package)
This position requires a candidate who is driven and hungry, as it entails actively seeking out clients on-site. Candidates will receive on-the-job training to facilitate a smooth transition into the role and ensure effectiveness. This training will equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to present products to clients confidently.
Clients that are hunted will be also maintained by the candidate ensuring long-term success and stability in the role.
Specific Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Generate new business
2. Manage portfolio accounts to achieve long-term success
3. Develop positive relationships with clients
4. Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
5. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
6. Report on the status of accounts and transactions
7. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Competencies
1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes
