Job Description
As an Technical Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for:
- Offer technical guidance and expertise to teams for tackling complex challenges while staying abreast of emerging technologies.
- Enforce adherence to coding, testing, and maintenance best practices.
- Lead and mentor software development teams to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Formulate strategies for improving team performance and productivity.
- Guarantee timely and high-quality product delivery in line with project objectives.
- Collaborate with the Architecture team on designing system and applications.
- Establish and oversee quality assurance processes and testing methodologies for delivering high-quality products.
The Successful Applicant
As a suitable candidate, you shall posses Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 7 years of technical project leadership experience emphasising product engineering and technology management. Proficiency in software/application technologies like Angular, React, jQuery, Bootstrap, ASP.NET Core, with experience in Java and Flutter Hybrid Development platform being advantageous. Strong expertise in Cloud application development, Azure OpenAI services, Microservices, Containerisation, and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle and SQL.
