The position is responsible for the strategic planning, and execution of product initiatives within the APAC region. Analyzing dental market characteristics, identifying short- and long-term product marketing strategies to develop and implement overall commercial promotional plan accordingly.
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies within the strategic priorities
- Collaborate with HQ product management teams for product lifecycle management and tailor products to the specific market requirements
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and dental professionals
- Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to navigate regulatory requirements and launch timeline.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to seek counteractions quickly to address performance gaps

Education / Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering, etc). Clinical background and MBA are a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experiences in product management within the medical device B2B industry. A holistic understanding of related fields, dental industry and consumable dental product background preferred
- Proven track record in achieving objectives and targets
- Strong understanding of dental industry trends, technologies, and customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in working within a fast-paced, global business environment is a must
- Multinational minded individual. Fluent English spoken and written
- Highly proficient in use of standard office software
