Job Description
As a FICO Project Associate Director, you are responsible for:
- In project management, he/she ensures successful project delivery by overseeing all aspects, from user requirement analysis to solution design, testing, and deployment.
- They create or review project artifacts to meet quality standards and university policies.
- Additionally, he/she will manage procurement processes, including tender specifications and vendor evaluation, while maintaining strong relationships with both business users and vendors.
- he/she will also optimise team resources and morale to achieve project goals effectively.
- Offer continuous application support.
- Conduct user requirement analysis for system enhancements, translating gathered business information needs into specifications, and obtaining user signoffs.
- Perform systems and data analysis, including addressing existing logic issues and revising procedures as needed.
- Analyse and propose data integration specifications for exchanging data with internal and external IT systems.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years in the IT industry, including at least 5 years of experience in project management within SAP S/4Hana Functional (FICO), and demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with all levels of management, users, and vendors, with the possession of PMP or CITPM certification being beneficial.
