Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Property Operations Specialist to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.
Duties of Property Operations Specialist:
- Collaborate with site managers to ensure seamless daily operations of commercial/industrial properties. Assist in preparing a safe and efficient environment.
- Develop and implement emergency and crisis management plans. Ensure the site is well-maintained and meet all safety requirements.
- Keep track of deadlines for contract fees and invoices. Manage term contracts and ad hoc invoicing.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to complete maintenance and repairs within the agreed timelines and quality standards. Maintain and replenish maintenance stock inventory.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify defects, implement solutions, and obtain quotations for repairs. Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory building regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service that aligns with their needs. Champion good working relationships with client representatives and internal team members.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma in related field
- Relevant experience
