Retail Leasing (Senior Manager/ AVP)
You will be part of the Retail Leasing Team where you'll play a pivotal role in formulating and executing leasing strategies for the group retail property portfolio. Stay keenly attuned to retail market dynamics, identifying trends, and seizing opportunities to secure new tenancies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lease retail spaces within our portfolio.
- Conduct lease negotiations for new and renewal tenancies.
- Strategize and implement the tenancy mix for malls.
- Source and secure suitable tenants aligning with desired mall tenant mix.
- Address leasing inquiries, recommending retail spaces to prospects.
- Collaborate with asset managers to optimize mall occupancy and revenue.
- Partner with malls to refresh trade mix with innovative retail concepts.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on retail trends.
- Cultivate a robust network with retailers and tenants.
Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate/ Building
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail leasing.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with extensive network of tenants and industry contacts.
