Salary: $1,900 - $2,300 + Monthly Sales Commission + AWS

Job Responsibilities:
- Representing the Company as a Brand Ambassador.
- Create loyalty to the branding through consistently high communication quality.
- Demonstrates sales growth and contributes a significant portion of overall sales in the store.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and hit monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Assist in confirmation of payment for committed sales or deposit collection.
- Verify order information and handover of information to Stores for order fulfillment.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service.
- Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.
- Adhere to corporate standards and directives.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of relevant customer service/customer handling experience.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Relevant luxury retail experience is a plus.
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
