Our client, a Top 10 Accounting Firm, is looking for a Corporate Secretary, Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse client portfolio comprising of local and international companies
- Execute a comprehensive range of corporate secretarial tasks, not limited to company incorporation, directors' and shareholders' resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, submit filings to ACRA, etc.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory obligations outlined in the Singapore Companies Act and other pertinent governmental regulations
- Collaborate with auditors, accountants, and other pertinent stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Undertake additional corporate or ad-hoc responsibilities as delegated.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent
- No experience needed, training will be provided
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure and handle clients professionally
