Accounts Assistant

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Day to day accounting work and general Admin duties
  • Assist to handle full set of accounts using ABSS Software independently, including bank reconciliation, accounts payables and receivables duties
  • Ensure the maintenance of proper filing, correspondences and records
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
