We are looking for Locum Homecare Staff Nurse to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Provide holistic care to patients across various healthcare settings.
- Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, implementing treatment plans, providing patient education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Serve as advocates for patients, offering emotional support and promoting health promotion and disease prevention initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma / Degree in nursing
- Minimum of 1 year of community or acute background is preferred
- Have valid SNB and BCLS
- Meet the immunisation requirements
