The team in Singapore is currently looking for a strong IT Project Manager (Core Banking) in order to support our client activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business
- Own the full project lifecycle: from initiation to deployment of major or multiple minor initiatives simultaneously
- Coordinate all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Take ownership of tasks, commitments, deliverables, and queries related to assigned projects
- Coordinate teams, brainstorm concepts, document clear project requirements, and ensure quality delivery
- Report on project success criteria results, metrics, tests, and deployments
- Participate in Business Requirements analysis and review
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project
- Act as an internal quality control check for the project
- Deliver clear and synthesized presentation decks to operational stakeholders and steering committee stakeholders
- Manage post-production Go-Live issues, ensuring efficient resolution with complete impact analysis and tracking from raised to resolution
- Maintain and organize sharepoint repository of project and application documents and decks
- Organize and preside meetings and prepare concise minutes with tracking of action items
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Services as a Project Manager/Analyst
- Significant involvement in at least one system migration project
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
- Master’s Degree and PMP Certification preferred (but not required)
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix
- Strong technical IT knowledge
