Job Responsibilities:
Workshop Management:
- Efficiently manage workshop time, ensuring optimal utilization.
- Oversee daily operations, prioritize tasks, and maintain a smooth workflow.
KPI Reporting:
- Generate and analyze KPI reports to evaluate workshop performance.
- Implement improvements based on data insights to enhance efficiency.
Warranty Claims:
- Familiar with warranty claims process with manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and documentation.
Technical Expertise:
- Utilize automotive knowledge and engineering training to guide repairs.
- Good understanding of automotive components and compliance standards to assist in homologation work.
Coordination:
- Coordinate work with external vendors and internal customers.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure seamless operations among the different sections.
Equipment and Tools:
- Familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
- Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of tools and machinery.
Aftersales Marketing:
- Assist in creating promotional materials and packages for Aftersales services.
- Manage and improve on social media marketing and exposure.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in workshop time controlling and KPI reporting.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in relevant software.
- Strong understanding of warranty claims processes.
- Automotive parts knowledge and engineering background.
- Technical expertise in automotive repairs.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is advantageous.
- Reports to Aftersales Management for daily jobs and weekly progress.
