Job Description:
- Provide secretarial support to Finance and Clinic Operations department
- Prepare monthly Finance and Clinic Operations Report to HOD
- Assist in managing routine and tasks for Committees and prepare information for committees meeting
- Maintain intranet pages for relevant department
- Manage and maintain the department's record including Clinic Execs leave Roster and process patient listing
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or equivalent
