Location: Redhill
Working hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including data input, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll-related payments.
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data with other HR and accounting systems.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software/systems (Prosoft is a must), Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software applications.
