Responsibilities:
- Be point of contact for students’ progression forms from Country Managers
- Work closely with Student Care & Administration (SCA) and Central Registry (CR) in processing all students’ progression forms and update students on the status of progression
- Generate sales reports as and when required
- Consolidate agent evaluation and performance reports
- Generate Agent Contract and Certificates
- Assist the International Business Department in administrative duties such as inventory maintenance for course brochures
- Assist Country Managers on administrative matters pertaining to application process
- Coordination of training activities for Sales team
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor whenever required
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration or its equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with social media platforms
- Highly adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environment
