- 1 Year Contract
- Business Support role – liaison with HKG/INDIA Trade Finance Platform
Key Responsibilities
Primary duties:
- Assist team in vessel and counterparties scanning/ raising of checklist
- Release/Receive documents at counters to/from client
- Despatch export documents by DHL / sort advices (end of the day)
- Handle Import/Export transactions presented by the Client
Secondary duties:
- Handle FOL wherever possible
- Print SIDE swift messages
- Upload receipt of swift payment/acceptance notification to Eboni for processing
- Handle additional tasks being assigned by team leaders
Job Requirements:
- A relevant Diploma in business or banking
- At least 2 years of experience in Bills/Shipping dept.
