Responsibilities:
- Promote and effectively represent our brand through a deep understanding and passion for all our services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned personal and company sales targets.
- Handle and close high-ticket sales, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
- Oversee the outlet's operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide effective leadership to the sales team, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their targets.
- Devise daily sales planning and strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
