Job Descriptions :
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
· Forecast sales projections and trends to inform business decisions and strategies.
· Manage the sales budget effectively to ensure cost-effective operations.
· Manage suppliers or agencies, responsible to purchase stocks, manage inventory, price negotiation
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics and achievements.
· Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
· Provide regular coaching and feedback to sales representatives to improve skills and address areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
· Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field.
· Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Life Science industry.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
· Ability to travel as required.
· Preferably at least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in Sales.
