- Position: Restaurant Manager - Up to $4500 - CENTRAL/EAST
- Location: Various locations - central and east region
- Working hours: 5 or 6 days and working hours (depending on roster)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + 14 days Annual leave + Transport Allowance (after 12am)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth and efficient running of the daily operations
- Achieve sales goals through operational performance and implementing cost-control measures
- Follow closely to human resource standards, safety and security
- Ensure high standards of performance, appearance and behaviour at all times
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations
- Maintain high standards of quality control and hygiene
- Collect and respond to customer’s feedback and complaints
- Recruit, train, develop and manage staff
- Ensure sufficient staffing for Daily operations (Weekly duty roster & Daily station plan)
- To prepare and execute events in the outlet
- Assisting in planning beverage and wine menu
- Responsible for monthly Inventory submission
- To manage Epoint, record new items into POS terminal, Stock Explosion etc
- Generating monthly reports (Monthly Consolidations, Food, Beverage Sales, Lunch and Dinner Covers etc.)
- Responsible for cash bank-in
Requirements:
- Comfortable serving alcohol
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in F&B (Assistant Manager/Manager)
- Food hygiene certification is an added advantage however not a must
