Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of entire workshop for smooth operation of workshop, efficient and high quality customer service
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through various communication channels (emails, phone calls, etc.) responding efficiently to customer inquiries and providing accurate and complete information
- Monitor workshop supplies and parts to ensure workshop has all the equipment and tools to provide services
- To manage ordering or sourcing for new supplies and parts whenever necessary
- Manage workshop staff, including coordinating duties required by each staff member
- Maintain accurate service documentations through daily and monthly administrative duties related to services provided by the workshop
- Assist technicians in the diagnostic of motor vehicle problems, offer solutions and advice and willing to hands-on to troubleshoot/ attend technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved
- Ensure all workshops are kept abreast of the latest procedural and technical developments and conduct training as needed
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
- Candidate must possess at least a NITEC in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar operations role in the automobile industry
- Able to work overtime
