Reporting to the Manager
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Communicate/negotiate with Shipper and prepare quotations to customers.
- Ensure sales & cost quotation are correct before submitting to sales department for invoicing & payment.
- Coordinate with Sales Manager and ensure sales & cost price are enter correctly into the system.
- Liaise with internal/external parties and coordinate shipments/logistics issues with respective logistics companies/customers.
- Export shipment - to coordinate with internal and external forwarding agents for export shipment arrangement.
- To coordinate with internal and external forwarding agents for export shipment arrangement.
- Update and compile the monthly sales & cost quotation.
- Liaise with local & export customers for delivery of goods.
- Attend to local & export sales enquiries with agents and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Superiors.
Job Requirements:
- A degree holder.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Logistics on Sea Freight management regards to Container and Dangerous goods or equivalent. More than 5 years of working experience in coordination role.
- Able to communicate with China counter parties in both oral and written.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solving, accountability/responsibility, proactive and a good team player.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
