CORPORATE SECRETARIAL
- Handle full range of company secretaries works
- Prepare board resolutions and minutes
- Update an maintain statutory registers and records
- Prepare & filling e-Forms with ACRA and e-Stamping of transfer forms
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Meeting clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
- Familiar with TWCSS software a plus
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements: 2-3 Day Work-week
- Diploma/Degree holder preferably in Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting or Company Secretaries studies
- Possess CS/LLB or ICSA qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
- Familiar with Incorporation of Singapore Private Limited Company
- Familiar with ACRA Biz-filling requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under stress
- A can-do attitude that takes initiative and thrives in a start-up environment
