This position is within our client's Global Business Marketing team, a Multinational Technology Company, which offers full-time support for program content management throughout a medium-term project running this 2024, with a specific focus on the APAC region. This role will collaborate closely with the Global Programs team and Local Market Agency sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead Event Content Programme Management across 3 APAC markets (Australia & New Zealand, India, Southeast Asia), working closely with the Global Programs Marketing Lead in New York and fellow Project Managers in other regions.
- Oversee internal stakeholders, such as Local Agency Sales teams, Global Programs team, and Investment teams, and engage with participant communities within the client's Agency/Client groups in the region.
- Drive comprehensive Marketing/Comms strategy leadership in the region.
- Create and implement an outbound education initiative for regional media agencies, integrating diverse marketing education content (presentations, guides, thought leadership, events, videos, digital content, etc.).
- Tailor existing materials/collateral and event communications to enhance relevance for media agency partners.
- Manage and support program logistics, including event execution, external communications, and enrollment.
- Aid in sourcing, managing, and scheduling internal speakers and external training vendors, overseeing booking, supplier management, and workshop logistics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA or equivalent
- With at least 5+ years of experience in project management, events management. advertising, marketing, learning and development, media, or consulting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in distilling complex technology products and client needs into impactful communication plans.
- Exhibit effective communication skills across diverse audiences, in different levels. Foster strong relationships across various disciplines.
- Background in organization and project management with meticulous attention to detail.
- Showcase a track record of success in delivering results within dynamic business environments.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office, complemented by experience in email marketing platforms and survey tools.
- Demonstrate experience in developing operational processes for measuring marketing program impact.
- Exhibit willingness and ability to travel if needed.
- Open to contract role until Dec 2024 - renewable!
