· To carry out the sales and project co-ordination task.
- Include preparation of work orders after customers confirm the
project.
- Prepare the bill of materail and work with the supply chain
department to carry out the fullfilment.
- Work with customers to arrange delivery schedule, for installation,
testing and hand over.
- Update the checklists for delivery and the DO and invoices.
- Work with the customers service team and manufacturing team to
ensure that the project is fully tested prior to delivery.
- Work with forwarders or internal delivery team to co-ordianate for
project and items delivery.
- Manage and control warranty of products.
To ensure the accountability of the stock and inventory control
· Update the monthly stock and inventory control and ensure that the
monthly stocks is account for and generate the report for the stock
and inventory is submitted to the account department.
· To ensure that the Bill of material is correctly drawn out when working out the desired stocks for the company project requirements.
· Assist the logistics supervisor to account for the incoming and outgoing shipments check and carry out the order entry is according to our order.
· To perform stock take and update stock inventory record based on company requirement.
