Responsibilities:
· Assist the Contracts Manager in Pre-tender & Post-tender stage measurement and pricing
· Able to perform measurement in various trades e.g. concrete, rebar, steel structures and architectural finishes;
· Responsible for the procurement process
· Able to perform Variation Works, Progress Claims and Cost Control
Requirements:
· Degree / Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying
· Preferably 1 years working experience in similar capacity; experience in LTA projects preferred
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office software (such as Word & Excel)
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
· Strong leadership qualities.
