Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a keen eye for interior design. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our products, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the entire sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales duties at our showroom, with a focus on promoting loose furniture items that are in stock.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer queries, providing comprehensive information and assistance.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences, and present them with tailored design proposals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including assisting customers with product selection, interior design recommendations, and coordinating with other teams such as logistics, procurement, and project management.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, including logistics partners, procurement teams, project managers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.
- Perform administrative tasks such as preparing sales quotations, generating invoices, compiling reports, and responding to emails in a timely manner.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Knowledge of interior design concepts and trends is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
