- Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients
- Developing and sourcing potential candidate using variation of piplines
- Candidate search and shortlisting by phone screening / face-to-face meeting
- Presentation of short-listed profiles to client and obtain relevant feedback
- Interview coordination and pre-interview preparation with candidates
- Business development by introducing company's services to potential clients
