Job Summary:
We're looking for a passionate and creative social media whiz to join our team and elevate Quilt.AI's social media presence. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that leverages our unique market research insights and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
● Craft engaging social media content from your research and insights from our content team's
articles to improve engagement and lead following.
● Manage our social media platforms Instagram & LinkedIn) daily, including scheduling posts,
responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement.
● Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, clicks)
to inform strategic decisions.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and amplify content reach.
● Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance and
audience reach.
What You Will Bring to Quilt.AI
● Strong understanding of social media platforms.
● Ability to synthesize insights and translate them into engaging social media content (text and
visuals).
● Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging social media copy.
● Openness to feedback and a collaborative work style.
● Strong independent work ethic, with the ability to take initiative, manage tasks efficiently.
Important: This entry-level position is open to anyone, even without prior social media experience. If you have a degree in media, advertising, marketing, or a similar field, that's great, but not a must. What we're really looking for is someone who is passionate about social media, has a knack for turning complex data into captivating content and who's naturally curious about the world around them.
